Can salt water lower blood sugar? |
-I know they gave sodium chloride to one of my family members through an IV when her sugar was too high salt water will ultimately raise your blood pressure and you don't want that either. IDK but you can take Chromium supplements, Pycnogenol, Saffron, bitter mellon, and im sure there's more. umm Aloe vera too. oh and cinnamon. GOod Luck. all these have been shown to lower blood sugar. No. Saline in a IV is simply a way to replace lost body fluid quickly, or to keep open an IV line that may be needed for meds. I think they actually use a glucose based IV on people with extremely high sugars to moderate the effect of the insulin they give to bring the sugar down. what are you trying to make with your blood,., a living statue i dont know no but it does dehyderate you and it will make your sugar go really high |
