How much salt or sodium should I get each day? |
I don't know. Last year I had puffy faces because I ate too much salt. I want to watch my salt intake now. So how much salt or sodium should I get everyday. The USRDA for sodium is 1,100-3,300 milligrams per day. Here is a very good article on sodium and how much you should get as well as how much people actually consume.
