hi i need to know if there are any foods that have absoluteley no sugar or no salt!!!! my uncle(my moms brother in law) has to find foods for his father which contain no salt or no sugar!!!! this is because he had diabetes and also high blood pressure and i really just want to help him. i know about everyone needs sugar so i get that but just need food without it!! cook fresh veggies with not salt and sugar.
