Salt water ruined my skin???
the other day , stayed in salt water for a while, and i used the water to rinse my face, the problem is that minutes later when i looked into the nirror i notices that my face have rash and is very noticible my body doesn't have any though. do you think it will stay forever?, and is there a treatment fro that? btw i'm sure is not allergies

It won't stay forever. It will just take some time to heal. Use aloe based products (make sure they don't contain alcohol) to ease the pain.

The reason your face turned and the rest of your body didn't is because the skin on our face is different than the skin on our bodies.

wow . why were you in salt water?

If it really is a "rash" as you say, there may have been something in the water other than salt (was this at a beach or homemade saltwater?) Buy some Lotrimin for athlete's foot for if its a rash. If that doesn't take care of it, go see a dermotologist for it.
