Salt craving?


what does it mean when you have a really big craving for salt? lately everything tastes way better with lots of salt

Personally I think it starts with a little craving then it gets bigger and bigger... the more you use the more you'll crave.. I went through salty spells myself and found this to be true. Try skipping the salt for a month. Then see if you crave it after...
