Is SARS still a threat? |
I remember a couple of years ago they had everybody walking around with face masks to not get it. Is it still a threat? no Well..i was at HK like a little bit more than half a year ago...and at that time there were VERY few people with the masks on still. maybe im not so sure I wouldnt be worried about it. It was only a real problem in areas like china my gf says it's just another scare tactic. the gov likes to try to shake us once in awhile and scare the beejesus outta us. I'm pretty sure it's dead and gone now. There never was that big of an outbreak, but people freaked over it anyways. Don't worry about it, you'll be safe. The only thing left of it most likely is in a lab somewhere in a petri dish. That's it. No, no longer in Asia at least No...i haven't heard of a case in the US in forever. I think it has been terminated, MRSA is the new SARS. Every year or so something has to be the new scary disease. Last year it was Hep C. |
