Wat ever happened to SARS?

Just wondering since it wasn't that long ago and it seems like everyone just forgot

i know, not long ago it was all over the news and in the papers, but now you hear nothing of it...

It came out of nowhere and as with its beginnings, it went to somewhere out of the nowhere it came from.

No one knows whether it truly disappeared or it will come back again. My bet is that it will be back again.

The major assumption is that SARs virus came from the wildlife just like exotic yet fatal diseases did , i.e. ebola . No one knows how the virus mutated or whether it was just one of those novel viruses hiding in jungles waiting to be disturbed by man ,and discovered through the spread of death in humans.

My only belief is that human beings disturbs the ecological balance by logging , killing off animals that survive on that ecological population etc.

The organisms that survive on the ecological balance have to mutate for survival ( Darwin evolution theory) and survive off the most convenient and largest foodsource available - human beings. The only logical way to why it is not widespread now is that the mutations which allow the virus to infect humans were not meant to last long . Hence the disappearance. Or maybe it is just out there feeding on a small source of human beings - we just don't know.
