How do we check our resistance level? |
As we grow older our resistance level will be lower. With modern diseases sars, bird flu etc.. how do we protect ourselves from getting infected? by staying in good condition : exercise, eat well and sleep well. well as i was thought in my nursing class always wash your hand, keep your hands off your face as much as possible, and get vaccinated. good nutrition has a good effect. vitamin C has a good role in immune system. eat fuits and vegtabales daily. drink milk every day. they are effective, be relax. sleep enough (every time u dont sleep enough, some immune cells die). |
