How do we check our resistance level?

As we grow older our resistance level will be lower. With modern diseases sars, bird flu etc.. how do we protect ourselves from getting infected?

by staying in good condition : exercise, eat well and sleep well.

well as i was thought in my nursing class always wash your hand,keep your hands off your face as much as possible,and get vaccinated.

good nutrition has a good effect. vitamin C has a good role in immune system. eat fuits and vegtabales daily. drink milk every day. they are effective, be relax. sleep enough (every time u dont sleep enough, some immune cells die).
