Sad/lonely? |
I seem to be sad lately and i don't know why and i start to cry when happy stuff happens on tv or sometimes i randomly break down.somthing tramatic happend to me but that happend...like a year ago..now gonna be two and it dosent bug me much..but i wont rule out the possiblity of that makeing me sad.Anyways Im going uo canada soon and i dont want my little cousin to see me cry but not only that but i dont want to be pretend im happy when im not but i dont know what to do i seems like everything makes me sad.Anyone got any ideas (Yes i'v been through counsleing) (Yes i know i have bad spelling) I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling sad and lonely lately. This could be the thing that happened to you way back then, true. But I suspect it may be the holiday season. The stuff they show on TV is very emotional and actually people DO get teary more over sentimental than sad things. And Christmas makes a lot of people feel lonely and left out: after all, compared to the glossy pictures of perfect families around a Christmas tree ... how glorious is anyone's life? It is an emotionally taxing time. |
