Sad for no reason??? |
Well im a guy, im not usually sad, im more of an optimistic but lately i get this feeling like i want to cry and like im very sad. This affects the way i talk. But the thing is im not sad about anything at all. Can anyone give me any help on why this is happening. In the past the only thing i was sad about was girls because i could never get one, and sometimes when i see a girl i feel this way. But i already told myself that, that was the past. And i also think alot, i over think things and im worried about my future, but these all wern't problems before. Could this be the reason why i feel sad for no reason??? I even tell myself that everything is going to be o.k. but it doesn't take away the feeling. what you have are classic symptoms of clinical depression...you are not crazy, but you should see a doctor regarding this problem.. it usually gets worse if not dealt with... I know what you are going through even tho you've presented it very btw like... Sounds like your brain chemistry is playing kickball with your peice of mind and your emotions. It can be super rough i think what is happening to you is the same thing that happened to me, i was sad over the break up with my wife i was ok for 7 years after that i thought it was all in the past but i started getting sad about it again. i couldn't sleep at night and i was crying alot. i feel bad that i am such a wimp but i guess that's what i am. the only thing that helped me was going to a mental health center where i was prescribed anti-psychotic and anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications. i stopped crying didn't feel so sad about my ex-wife and felt alot better, maybe this is something you can try, maybe it will help you too. good luck to you |
