:(!!!!! Sad?

Ive been super depressed lately. With people giving me a rough time and tests 24/7. its all so stressful. Can someone tell me how they deal with it?

AAAAAAAARG SUPER ANGRY!!!!! CANT TAKE IT!!!!! Everything angers me now! Just typing makes me angry! Seeing other people makes me angry! GRRRR!!!

relax and chill out, when i feel stressed sometimes i just take some time out for myself, go visit a friend, watch some TV, listen to music, do whatever it is that u enjoy and give your brain a break from all the stress

Get into some THERAPY!!! It helps sort out your emotions and understand why you feel the way you do. You could also try...

*exercising (maybe start off with just nice walks)
*eating healthy
*yoga
*taking vitamins
*writing/journaling/drawing to get out some of your emotions
*try talking with someone you REALLY trust
*find a hobby you like and stick with it. maybe try out some new hobbies
*try to always be around people you like (so you won't be so isolated. i'm depressed and i isolated myself a lot, so that's why i mentioned this one.)

I know these might sound kind of obvious, but you never know what might help! Good luck, hope I helped some.

Uh, are you bipolar?
Might wanna get that checked out.
Although, bipolar people don't really act that way.
So I'm thinking you're just aiming for sympathy.

The word "Depression" is used much to loosely lately. It is normal to be sad at times. It is normal to have blue moods. It is also normal to be mildly depressed some times. Sadness is not always depression and depression is not always abnormal. Here are some of the differences; If you are thinking of hurting yourself or someone else and dwell on it to the point of obsession, if you feel blue, sad,or moody for longer than a short while...say a week, for no apparent reason like a death of someone close to you, a break up, or any other of life's slap downs, if it begins to interfere with so called "normal" functioning in your life as in say....you cant eat, make your self go to work, to school, attend to personal hygiene etc. .....you just might have a problem "Depression". If this happens to you more often than not, get help. But remember, feeling melancholy some times is just part of the human condition.

Here For You

Chill out! Either you are drunk or you are just really stressed out and frustrated. See a doctor and tell him how you feel not the internet. Maybe you have too much on your plate. You just might need a break and some time to relax. Go do something you enjoy and forget about studying for a bit. I sounds like you need some time off. If you dont drink go get drunk and watch some funny movies or something. Maybe go camping or hiking and get some air. Relax your mind. Seems like you may even have information overload. next semester take easy classes so u can breathe. You need a break.
