Feeling kind of sad, but somedays are happy? |
Latlyit feels like I am onan emotional rollercoaster, and one minute I feel sad the next hyper and ambitious and the next extremly shy. I know I have a good life and everything so I feel terrible for feeling sad when theres not too much to be sad about. I find myself dwelling on the simplicity of the past and how hard the future that I want is to grasp, then the next minute I think jeez lets get going here the futures round' the corner and I get a lot done and its like a terrible cycle. Lately I have also been feeling kinda shy and lonely too, I think some of that might be from school I feel like I have to keep dumbing myself down so people can understand me and not think I am a weirdo just because of the different ways I think. Whats up with me? Anybody know? Thanks for any help at all. I don't think there's anything wrong with you, I think you're perfectly normal. I don't know how old you are, but I feel like you're young and unsure about where you're going in life. Try to experiment with your own impulses for a few days. Make an attempt to be silent whenever possible and just listen and observe. You say you feel shy and lonely. How much of that is due to comparing yourself to others? We all feel that way sometimes, and it's not only okay, but helpful. Get to know how you really feel, and decide that you are going to be authentic always. If you feel up and outgoing one day, that's fine. Don't kick yourself the next day if you don't. Detach from others sometimes. Don't let the perceptions of other people influence you unduly. Most of all, don't let anyone label you bipolar. Or anything else, for that matter. It could just be hormones. is called bipolar disorder Your mind can hold so much . It's hard to deal with people who are trying to help, especially when you don't want or need it. The truth is, you don't have to make them believe anything, just thank them for thei...
