Okay, lets make this quick. Self Talk You have depression and you need to see a mental health professional. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Strong people ask for help every day. I did. There are many medications and therapy options open to you. The more you understand about your feelings, the better you will feel. Good luck. <<<HUGS>>> Dont worry about it, Its prob just the boys that make you feel that way. take a deep breath and relax. u should find something that ur really good at and persue it to build up ur self confidence and self esteem. or go to counciling. do something that will make you feel good about yourself like make someone else happy. or do something that will make you feel useful in the world. do something that will make people notice that you exist. talk to someone about your problems You are describing depression. If you were to see your doctor, he or she could give you a temporary medication that could help you over this hump, I believe. Yes some of it is depression but I think maybe (I can not say for sure as I am not a professional) that you maybe have Borderline Personality Disorder. I feel how you feel every single day. I am really sorry that you feel this way and wish you to get help and talk to someone. I know it's not easy but it can get better. I urge you to get in to see someone as soon as possible. All of us have experienced this feeling at one point or another in our lives..these feelings are usually fueled by negative experiences that have impacted you, experiences you have no control over....trust me it is temporary, the key however is to manage your feelings in a way where they do not take control of your life..you sound like a strong person and are more than capable of doing it...the 1st step is to practice thinking positive whenever you can, to every scenario there is always two sides, choose the positive side...when you wake up in the morning say to yourself "today is a wonderful day, I am thankful to be alive, today is the best day of my life"...if you say this to yourself over and over you will come to a point where your mind will accept it and start to believe (live it)...being thankful (grateful) for the good that is in your life is a step in the right direction...taking the time to do some volunteer work (Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping out in a soup kitchen, visiting a retirement home, church, etc.,) will not only open your eyes but bring you to the realization of just how special your life really is... do something for yourself, take in some sunshine, have a pedicure, new hair cut....you are a creature of God, special in every way, you can contribute so much to life here on Earth..strive to make a difference..Best of Luck to you |

Sounds like you are depressed. You should discuss with your family doctor, do a check up to see if you are deficient in any vitamins, minerals or hormonal imbalance. ...You should try letting a woman do it for you....I guarantee you will be happy after she gives you the finishing touch....Good Luck Buddy.... ...Making new friends could be the best thing for you. Look further ahead than just college. Your ability to make friends and work well in new situations could make or break a really cool job for you.... You can either sleep watch Tv, listen to music excersice watch a neat movie Or Talk to your buddies** Yet you shouldn't be sad, rejoice and look at the bright side always look at the good thin... Wow, that is a super sad story, but you felt something and went for it. And really, that is admirable. Not too many people would have the guts to do that, and yes, it took a lot for you to trust ... hi there, sorry to hear how you r feelin....chin up...every cloud has a silver lining and i would ask u to try and see what r the silver linings in ur clouds at the moment! give it a few days and... Since depression is almost as common as a cold, having it isn't weird. You don't sound depressed, just maybe a little moody or sensitive to atmosphere. Depressed people have lots of other... you're just seriously sensitive. theres nothing wrong with that. but if you really want try and hold yourself back from crying like pet abuse commercial you should cry those are so sad. but ca... |
