VERY sad??


Okay, lets make this quick.

I'm sad for no reason. I feel that no one likes me. That I am useless. That I cant do anything right. And that I was just born to take up space in this world.

I feel so sad everyday... about everything... and even if it was usually a great day I still feel so negative...

And my heart feels so empty and numb. I also use to have these huge crushes on these two boys and now I feel that things are so pointless and I feel like I dont love anymore...

The things you say to yourself are very powerful

Thoughts are powerful things

and your mind is like a garden if you leave it unattended then useless weeds will over take it


you must cultivate the garden of your mind by controling your thoughts and the words you use to describe yourself

Change the way you describe yourself and watch how better you feel

You have depression and you need to see a mental health professional. Don't be afraid to ask for help. Strong people ask for help every day. I did. There are many medications and therapy options open to you. The more you understand about your feelings, the better you will feel. Good luck. <<<HUGS>>>

Dont worry about it, Its prob just the boys that make you feel that way. take a deep breath and relax.

u should find something that ur really good at and persue it to build up ur self confidence and self esteem. or go to counciling.

do something that will make you feel good about yourself like make someone else happy. or do something that will make you feel useful in the world. do something that will make people notice that you exist. talk to someone about your problems

You are describing depression. If you were to see your doctor, he or she could give you a temporary medication that could help you over this hump, I believe.

Do not be afraid of this, but DO TAKE ACTION, because it is not right or necessary to suffer with it any longer than necessary.

Many many other people go through this, too, so you are not alone. The sooner you get to it, the sooner you will feel better. Also, try to get some help going before the holidays, which are hard for many people.

Yes some of it is depression but I think maybe (I can not say for sure as I am not a professional) that you maybe have Borderline Personality Disorder. I feel how you feel every single day. I am really sorry that you feel this way and wish you to get help and talk to someone. I know it's not easy but it can get better. I urge you to get in to see someone as soon as possible. All of us have experienced this feeling at one point or another in our lives..these feelings are usually fueled by negative experiences that have impacted you, experiences you have no control over....trust me it is temporary, the key however is to manage your feelings in a way where they do not take control of your life..you sound like a strong person and are more than capable of doing it...the 1st step is to practice thinking positive whenever you can, to every scenario there is always two sides, choose the positive side...when you wake up in the morning say to yourself "today is a wonderful day, I am thankful to be alive, today is the best day of my life"...if you say this to yourself over and over you will come to a point where your mind will accept it and start to believe (live it)...being thankful (grateful) for the good that is in your life is a step in the right direction...taking the time to do some volunteer work (Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping out in a soup kitchen, visiting a retirement home, church, etc.,) will not only open your eyes but bring you to the realization of just how special your life really is... do something for yourself, take in some sunshine, have a pedicure, new hair cut....you are a creature of God, special in every way, you can contribute so much to life here on Earth..strive to make a difference..Best of Luck to you

*not everyone that is depressed or sad needs medication, these meds are habit forming and can sometimes take years to get out of your system (just read some of the reviews associated with anti-depressants)...be strong you can do it!
