Im really sad and i dont know why.......? |
im so sad like everything i think of/hear/do makes me sadder and i dont kno why!! plz help There could be a lot of reasons for this. You could have an increase in your estregine levels. When hormone levels spike, women tend to get emotional (like PMS). Also, you may be suffering from depression. It could be situational depression, which is when someone is under a lot of stress, the stress hormones can effect your brain chemicals (dopamine, seritonin, and norepineohrine) As the body attempt to regulate itself, sometimes these chemicals can become lowered, causing a form of depression. me to Puberty. hahahahaha depression go see a doctor or a sicolligest cheer up.. watch movies of all the good times you've had in your life and do different things. Find out what makes you sadder ur depressed mabye ur having ur period how long have you felt this way ?did something bad happen to you ? take some meds or smoke a blunt You are looking to Y! people for answers? You are in big trouble. No wonder you are depressed... Or see a "sicolligist" like that moron above me said. ha Umm, you're growing. It happens to everyone. Maybe if you take some time to remeber the victims of the VTU skit you'll feel better. First things first. SOunds like deppression...Best advice the anwser is not on the net, but the health clinic near you. that's easy/ Just think happy thoughts! Are you pregnant.. You're just sad? Did you go to the doctor? Maybe you have depression. Go take a walk or something. The answers are funny, but there is some truth to them. With youth comes a long period of insecurity and questioning. aww. Im so sorry to hear that. if you are a teen like me...then thats a good explanation. I am the same way sometimes. Im sure it happens to everyone. But if it is a serious problem and is interfering with your everyday life, then you might consider seeing a doctor about depression meds. I hear they work really well. I've had many days like that where it seems like everything is going wrong and i just feel horrible and I don't know why. Then that just makes me feel worst. Just remember that you're never alone because someone else is going through the same things. He is always with you too. Vitamins and exercise. I know its hard to believe it, but just getting your blood flowing by taking a jog or a bike ride or playing a sport is a GREAT stress / sadness reducer. Also, if your body doesn't have all the nutrients and vitamins it needs, it could manifest as depression. get some zanax and shutup! Everything you think of, hear of and do... You have an inferiority complex. There are reasons why you feel this way, possibly because of past trauma that made you feel "not good enough." You are suffering from depression, you need to talk to someone. You can email me if you want to, I'd be willing to listen. well, it could be clinical depression, or it could be a bad day? take some prozac or vallium see if it helps :P Read the book..."THE SECRET" by Rhonda Byrne.....Its a bestseller right now so it should be easy to find. There is a DVD too... Exercise is good to relieve stress/depression, as is getting involved in activities/hobbies. Sometimes it helps to try to get your mind on new things, experience new things and make new memories. Its hard to do but it works! Maybe join a gym or get a pet and join a pet club or take a cooking class, something that you are interested in may help get your mind focusing on something thats leads to making you happy! speak to a friend. YOU MAY BE DEPRESSED/WITH NOT KNOWING WAY. MY ADVISE IS TO CHECK IT OUT WITH A PROFESSIONAL,WHILE YOU ARE STILL YONG!!!! TAKE CARE. |

~Pray~ ...Yes you probably should check yourself to a doctor. Maybe he or she can help you work on your anger problem. ...I have never understood that either. People would rather see on tv, the newspaper, etc a disaster instead of something good and nice. Maybe it is the chaos, maybe they have a need to feel somet... humans are naturally light-loving creatures. I forget the scientific name, but it's true. you might notice the same attitude if it is cloudy or raining. I forget what the disorder is called, b... I've been down that road before, but I certainly wasn't perfect on the outside... You absolutely need to speak to someone. It may simply be "growing up" or it could be much mo... get a physical exam to make sure there isnt a chemical or hormone imbalance. tell the doctor your feelings of sadness etc. you also might need to be treated for depression. ...what do u want guys to do to u? adore u isnt it? be interested be cheerfull !)smile 2)help out with group activities 3)socialize... 4)make friends with them...ask not what they have done 4 u...
