Any treatment suggestions foor ruptured disks in neck and back? |
I had a lamincetomy in 96 on l4-l5 disk came back again with scar tissue its ruptued again and also a c disk in my neck. Ive been advised by neuro surgeon to have disk removed in my neck and vertibrae fused the lower back we didnt even discuss. ive been told by others never to let anyone in my back again but i am getting an epidural steroid shot next week for the lumbar and im also doing pys therapy for both before deciding on surgery or not. any suggestions from someone who might have experienced these symptoms. the arm leg and hip pain from the compressed nerves are excrutiating and im at my last resort so to speak... Have you ever heard of disc decompression? I used to work for a Dr that does this. It is fairly new and not a lot places offer it yet but it is worth checking into. It really works! Go to the website: lovemyback.com there is some really good info on how decompression tables work. |
