How long does suboxone stay in your system? |
hello, my friend is dumb and took a single 8mg suboxone to try to get "high". hes on hydrocodone (percocet) 15mg pills for a ruptured disk. little did he know suboxone is an opiate blocker and will stop his hydrocodone for releaving his pain. what we are wondering is how long will a single 8mg suboxone stay in system and stop his correct medication (percocet) from working? he refuses to speak to his doctor. one single dose will not block for a long time. probably a whole day at most. back when i used to do heroin, we would take suboxone in the morning to get a sick off, get heroin by the end of the evening, and it still would get us high. suboxone is an opiod in itself, so your friend probably won't get "sick" (if he's addicted to the pain killers). they'll start affecting him again the next day for sure. |
