Are there any aquatic exercises that will help sciatica?

I suffer from two ruptured disks taht are resting on the sciatic nerve and I would like any information on the exercises if any that I can do to help ease the pain

Don't know about aquatic ones but I have used the site listed below. You can print a copy off and take it to your Dr. Hope this helps.
