OK I'm the Iron person. I had a runaway Hiatal Hernia and my stomach grew into my chest and cut off the blood |
My thumbnails look like spoons which I understand is a sign of lack of iron. I am taking 3 iron pills a day yet I do not see any progress. Although I am feeling better since the operation. I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem. Forget the spoon "test" . Only a blood test would detect iron anemia and your taking too much iron as a supplement could actually be quite harmful . good www.alfonsven.com for your nervous system restoration dont worry these things take time i don't, but i hope u get better! |
