I am very, very sad, I feel very alone and unhappy that I want to get away?


I have been recently been fired from my job. And not only that it put pressure on me financially but I feel so lost, so unhappy, so useless now. I want to get away - just to get away but I know I cannot runaway from what is going on.
I need someone to tell me everything will be just fine. Coz so far I haven't heard it from my husband.

Relax dear... it really is going to be fine.. things change every now and then .. Time will show you .. I have seen plenty ups and downs in life... i have gone through horrible depressions... well the whole thing is about not letting them trouble you any more .. world does not end here... what has happened it has happened... Why and How ? .. just forget it ..
What is going to happen .. we are not sure .. then why to worry about it .. the best is to see what we have and We have To-day .. you have it .. You have yourself .. and more than anyone else.. it is you who know better about yourself.. Pick up yourself .. what is lacking in you .. nothing.. just a matter of change of circumstances.. others may not be able understand you .. so stop getting upset or feeling bad about what they think or say .. Do whatever you can .. and results will slowly come back to you ..
Important is to get hold of yourself .. No one else can upset us .. it is we , me and you .. and we upset ourselves.. for the mistakes of others.. why to punish your inner-self .. for what you are not responsible for .. so learn to face and accept the things as they are.. keep cool .. THIS TOO SHALL PASS ..

I think you are depressed.

Your husband hasn't told you that! He ain't no prize I see. I sometimes have the same feelings as you What I would do is get a can of NON-CAFFINE FREE coke. Meaning it should have caffeine it. Drink a can or two of it and you'll never feel better than before. Trust me, it works

spend your time to others to relieve your stress. just bring your husband.

You're going to be OK. Tomorrow is Monday. That's a good day to start looking for a job. I bet you will find one that is more satisfying than your old one. Check the papers, check with your local job service. There are jobs out there and if you don't find the right one , take something for now and something better will turn up. It always does!!
For now, run a warm bath and burn some candles,put on your favorite music and just relax. Oh, have a nice drink while you're in the tub. It will get better,don't worry.

Go to a shrink. Maybe with your husband. Do stuff that you like to do and stop worrying about things for a little bit. It helps.
When you feel better- go back and make things right. Fix your problems as best you can.

You'll be okay!

sometimes it is wrong for them to be that way just ignore him and hang out with your friends or do something that will help get your mind off things soon things will get better you will see.
