Why is it so complicated for me to work-up a Six-Pack?


I Workout, I Run, But Those Ripped Abs Just Runaway From Me. Any Recommendations (Diets, or Exc.).

The ripped abs are probably there, right under that layer of fat. Cut back on the fat, eat the lean, and poof!
