Help im getting these urges to do bad things like taking drugs plez help before something bad happens!!?

i wagged over 3 months of school coz of panic attacks i get so now im going some where else a place for bad kids who smoke and do drugs and kids with other issues like being bullied etc..ive gotten over panic attacks but now i have these real bad urges to take drugs or runaway from home i reaaaalllly need help plez help me what do i do????

Tell your parents, your teachers, or your counselors how you are feeling. See if you can change schools. Get away from these people.

Everyone feels like running away at some point in time.
Stay away from kids who bother you. Remember, you don't have to do anything that other people want you to do. Everything you do is your choice. No one can make you do anything except yourself.

These kids are not going to be there for you when things get tough, so why waste your time trying to impress them? The only person you need to stay true to is yourself.

Nobody can make you feel bad about yourself, unless you give them the permission to do so...and you aren't going to do that. You are going to go do something else...go do something fun. Running away and doing drugs aren't fun. Both of these ideas will just create more problems for you. Focus on doing something creative...draw something. Go read a good book. Go listen to music at the library. Be an artist. You are a sensitive and talented person. You are smart and beautiful. Remember to tell yourself this every day.

Say, "I am beautiful. I am smart. I feel happy." Repeat it over and over. Eventually you will believe it if you say it often enough. Your mind is more powerful than your friends.

You realize you need help - see a counselor and doctor who can address your needs.

Don't give in to self-destructive behavior and avoid the individuals at your school who do. Think about your health which is the most important thing.

Ok first of all you have an illness i feel really bad for you. You need to see a counsel er right away. If you don't you could kill yourself without thinking. please email me and let me help you. I really think i could help you. Please don't go on drugs, you will hurt yourself and anyone around you. I know this isn't your fault, whoever says it is your fault, is a wack job. you need help as this is not something your going to be able to control by just thinking of 'not' doing it

you know the behaviors and people you are with are self-destructive, so get away from them and dont do things like drugs, it will only make matters worse. please speak to your parents, seek counseling, your parents can help you find a proper doctor. but talk to your parets, communicate with them and let anyone and everyone who can help you - help you.
