Surgery & Rubella?

I have surgery on the 28/05 for my endometriosis... I was doing this for the pain and also to try and concieve... in the meantime I've found out I'm not protected against Rubella.

I'm working out if I can get the Rubella shot tomorrow and still have the surgery in 10 days time. Will this be in my system and cause anything to go wrong in surgery?

Thanks for the input.

It should be throughout your system by the time you have surgery but double check with your primary care physician to see what they say.
