| *Home>>>Roseola |
I have twins that are 18 months one has hade roseola this week will the other one get it? |
just wondering the incubation period, and if the chances the other twin will get it. the first twin got sick on monday night and got the rash yesterday(friday) If I were you, I'd just about count on the children swapping any disease/virus. They're swapping everything else and unless you keep them apart, which would be difficult to do, they will be giving their little colds and viruses to each other throughout their childhood. I wouldn't worry about it. It's just a fact of motherhood. Some people intentionally expose their kids to viruses (like chicken pox) so the whole crew will have it at the same time and get it over with. Can't say it's a bad idea. At any rate, prepare to nurse two kids through most of those sick periods. Godloveya. Highly possible, but don't worry, it will disappear as it came and will have no problem at all (if it, effectively, is roseola) |
