Rosacea heat? |
I have facial redness on my cheeks & nose & also my face is a lil swollen than regular. My Doctor feels it could be Rosacea. I am also feeling heat on all parts of the body(stomach, face & other parts of the body too). Does everybody having Rosacea has similar symptoms(heat in body)? Its been like this from about a month. I would highly appreciate if somebody could throw some light on this. yes! I have rosacea and I have problems with heat (sometimes i just feel overwhelmed by heat ... even though im a guy ... might be something else for you. |

I have rosacea also. Like you, I had it while in school; unlike you, I did not know what it was. A friend of mine said her husband (a doc.) had written her a prescription for Metro-Gel to put on ... Rosacea is exacerbated by exercise, sun/wind exposure, hot weather, stress, spicy foods, alcohol, and hot baths. Alcohol did not cause your rosacea, but it is worsening it. Eventually the capilla... Acne Rosacea is the medical term, Acne covers a wide variety of skin conditions. And i don't know much about Rosacea honestly, i hope you can get your skin clear though, i know how much it ... Go to Walgreens and look for "Prosacea" over the counter. My daughter has tried this, and has really had luck with it. Its about $10.00, but that's cheaper than most other medication... He may still have rosacea, but the scaling and rawness suggest that there may be an associated seborrheic dermatitis. The 2 problems often go together and when they do an anti irritant approach is...
