Fever spiked and others symptoms insued, not Rocky Mountain Fever, no ticks! Symptoms are included in details!

Please help! 3 days ago I woke up with a slight headache and dizziness with a temp of 99. When I returned that evening it had risen to 101. Figuring just a common fever, no medicine was taken. Next morning my temp spiked to 103. It has remained that way ever since. I'm taking Advil every 6 hours. When I forgot, I got a sever case of chills and couldn't stop shaking! More symptoms have come as the days went. I now have a blotchy red rash on my cheeks, which is now very itchy, and spots all over my body. I have already had Chicken Pox and have taken the prevention medication, so that is eliminated. I have trouble drinking fluids, strangely water tastes awful. I also am congested, and coughing.

Symptom Summary:
Muscle soreness, blotchy facial rash, fever, headache, red spots on body, itchiness, constant dizziness, nausea, chills, loss of appetite, and taste buds gone whack.

Just out of curiousity....any sore throat in the last week or so?? Strep throat untreated turn into Scarlet Fever. And not everyone is HUGELY affect by strep throat. For example: some people only feel a scratchy dry throat.

Just a thought.
