Ringworm??!!? |
a few days ago i started to notice a kind of bruise on my shoulder. It started out a very light red and now it has gradually gotten darken (dark pinkish color) It has developed two darker dots on it also. I is the size of an index finger nail and it is raised just a little off the skin. It isn't rigworm, cause there is no ring and it isn't a bruise, so what could it be and how do i get rid of it? it doensn't itch and i've had ringworm before and i'm pretty positive it isn't ring worm. I'll try some anti fungal cream. The only thing is that my dad won't take me to the doc unless it's serious. Without actually seeing how this looks, its not possible to determine what it is. If you are concerned, you should see your doctor and be sure to tell him/her all your symptoms. If it itches it may be anything from a mosquito bite to poison ivy. It may just be simple inflammation of the skin which won't require any treatment, but without seeing it and getting more information about the problem, it's hard to say. You obviously seem worried about this and that is your number one clue that you should go see a medical professional and get it checked out. Use some over the counter hydrocortisone cream on it as directed on the box. It should help... That sounds like melanoma, maybe you should go to a doctor. lamisil Go to doctor. I was at school ad we were just talkig about that it might be chicken pox or some sort of disease. If I were you I would go to the store and buy an anti-fungal cream and try that for a few days and if it does not get better, I would consider seeing a doctor. does it itch? It could be pityriasis rosea. |
