Restless Legs Syndrome Maybe?

At night I feel this stabbing/punching feeling in my knee not my legs. Can it still be RLS? If not, what is it?

that sounds alot more like leg spasisms. I have RLS and i have to always move my legs at night. It is really annoying. I move them around until i am so tired i fall asleep. It makes me feel anxious. you should go to the doctor and tell them your symptoms and see how they can help you.

Do you kick your legs around? My husband has it- very annoying.

This is not RLS. RLS is the feeling that you must constantly move your legs at night. You need to get this pain in your legs at night checked but it sounds like it could be leg cramps/spasms.

No. that not it.. I think I have it though, it is so annoying, as soon as I want to go to sleep, my legs start tingling and it's just this feeling in your leg that makes you want to get up and shake your leg out and you cant control it, sometimes I go and put some cold water on my legs and it helps.
