Restless leg syndrome the symptoms.and does it cause pain in the legs? |
sometimes legs feel like they are cramp[ng,stop from sleeping at night always trying to make legs pop I've had this since I was a kid. It's more of an annoyance than a pain though yes, sometimes it can hurt. My doctor had my blood checked because it can be caused by a deficiency of iron, magnesium or folate. It gives you an urge to move them for relief. If your pain is in the back of your calves, it could be night leg cramps. My grandmother has this. She says it started with the leg cramping and just pain in general in her legs. It kept her up at night as well. Talk to your doctor. There is medicine for this! Restless leg syndrome does not cause pain because it's not real. It causes a tingling in the legs, that's a sign of stress not a illness. If your legs are cramping that is not restless leg syndrome. the cramping is usually a symptom of a real illness, such as missing key minerals like calcium, potasium, or magnesium, not this made up RLS stuff. It's just a way for the drug companies to make you think there is something wrong, so you can be manipulated into buying their medications. They make money, you get more stressed, you feel you need other meds, they make more money, when in reality all you need is a vacation. when your mind and body can't settle down at the end of the day, it is because you are too stressed. Again if you are cramping that could be a symptom of something real,. Seek a doctor for tests, but if they give you that medicine for RLS, they are doing so to shut you up. If the pain is that bad, don't ask for the medicine, that's a clue and the docs will not take it seriously. Obviously this responder ahead of me has never suffered from RLS..it IS very real. RLS is a pain, true, but it shouldn't cause you pain per say. That is probably due to a lack of probably potassium. Eat bananas and green leafy vegetables. |
