Natural Supplement for Sinus and Respiratory infections?

Any suggestion in natural supplement to fight sinus and respiratory infections?

herb called as rosemary , and watercress lettuce is good for resperatory problems , there is no proof over it , but it has helped me to a certain extent.

I started using something called SinuCleanse. I have bronchitis, asthma and suffer from post nasal drip. I'm prone to alot of sinus and respiratory infections. Sometimes it seems to help me, sometimes, not so much, but I think that's because I'm just learning how to use it. It's suppose to gently wash out all the junk that settles in your sinuses. The first time I used it, it stung, and poring water in my nose freaked me out a lil, but i'm getting used to it. SinuCleanse can be purchased at most drugstores like Walgreens and Rite Aid. It's just a neti pot, you can find them online, and the saline solution can be made at home. It's natural, and if you take alotta meds and are prone to infections like me, something like this is worth a try. There is alotta good info on the SinuCleanse website, and If you wanna learn more about the practice of irregating the sinuses with neti pots, just google "neti pots".

caffines, especially hot coffee
aviod milk products and dairy

Oregano Oil is essential because it can eliminate both causes of sinus/respiratory issues: bacteria AND FUNGI, i.e. candida albicans.
Also, take a broad spectrum PROBIOTIC, e.g. MegaFood's Mega Flora, so that you can reestablish the good bacteria in the sinuses.
