Upper respiratory infection help?

Are there any home remedies or over-the-counter medicine to help an upper respiratory infection?

a vaporizor with vicks will help ease breathing and loosen phlegm in the lungs, but most infections require antibiotics to stop, and if untreated it can turn nasty and potentially deadly. You should see a doc.

See Doctor.
When having trouble breathing, arch back. This will improve air flow!

Most BACTERIAL infections require antibiotics. You can only get this info with a culture from a doctor. Liquids and rest is you best bet.
