Acute pharyngitis& upper respiratory infection? |
I have these two infections and I am taking medication I was wondering if I can go to the gym tommorow, would that be wise? See how you're feeling in the morning. If you don't have a fever, you could do a modified workout. Just take it easy and don't overdo it. Your body needs a chance to heal. Can you take a day off just to rest? Going to the gym would be fine. You really need to stay hydrated though or your respiratory effort will suffer and make it harder for you to breathe. Just do a light workout till you are felling better. Make sure you aren't running any fever. Fever will dehydrate you real fast. |
