What does it feel like to have a respiratory infection?

I'm trying to figure out if I have any symptoms.

Upper or lower? Upper respiratory infection is characterized by nasal stuffiness, headache and nasal drainage. Lower respiratory infection is characterized by, but not limited to, cough, fever, shortness of breath.

You cough real bad, and you can't breathe..
