What disease, if any, would you chose to cure? |
By controlling National medical research funds, you are in position to guarantee that a cure will be found in 15 years for any disease you chose. I would definitely cure Multiple Sclerosis. Right now, there is no cure for MS. This is a nasty, horrible debilitating disease. My son was diagnosed 3 years ago. He never knows when he will have an "episode", but so far, he has been lucky. He's only had 3 in the 3 years he's been diagnosed. He takes a weekly injection, called Avonex, which is supposed to decrease the amount of "episodes" he gets. So far, it seems to be working well. Although he gets very sick from these weekly shots. He gets the flu symptoms and usually runs around a 104 degree fever. This is every single week. The symptoms last anywhere from 12 to 24 hours. He is such a strong person. He lives life to the fullest and each day as if it were his last. He always has a smile on his face. Not many people can do that, much less a 22 year old man - who might have a death sentence as he gets older if a cure is not found. Please pray for all of these horrible diseases out there. Not just the one you are associated with. Every person who has these diseases needs your prayers! God Bless Them One And All!!! I would choose to cure Alzheimers Cancer. Because it's not always preventable. The others can be preventable or are not necesarilly life threatening. Eliminate Dumbassticity... Bipolar Disorder Cancer. I have to pick just one? I'd cure all of them if I could but if I had to pick I'd go with either Cancer or Alzheimers. Cancer cancer or diabetes! |
