It is important because if those recordings and reportings are not accurate then death can occur and depending on your status in the residential care facility you could be disciplined accordingly. Plus it helps the rest of the staff monitor any changes in the resident in determining whether hospital care is needed To note any changes in their physical, emotional, and cognitive functioning. Helps determine if they need anything. |
