What are some ways to improve my reproductive/vaginal health?


I am 19 years old, and want to begin to take care of this area early in life. Are there any dietary choices or vitamins I can take that will positively affect my gynecological health?

I have regular pap smears and see a gynecologist.

There are chewable pills called Acidophilus (with bifidus). Basically, these pills help you maintain a healthy intestinal balance. This can help to prevent you from getting yeast infections.
Another good idea is to wash yourself with unscented soap, such as unscented dove bodywash.

Go to a gynecologist!!
