Im working in a liquor shop and I often carries heavy stuffs,will this can affect my reproductive health?

i often carries packs of beers for i am a cashier,im worried because sometimes I feel pain in my abdomen..my husband is also worried,i might get problems in conceiving.

it might do more damage to your back than your reproductive health.
You may be using your stomach muscles to help you life so that might be why you have pain or strain. or it could be from your back and the pain is radiating down to your stomach.
Make sure you bend you knees when lifting from the ground and that your posture is correct.
If your trying to carry too many packs at once then that's not good..you need to half your load by carrying one or half of that and distributing the weight evenly.
Perhaps if your that worried you could talk to your GP.
If your trying to get pregnant then see if your work can carry out a risk assessment for you.

You may have a hernia or one may be starting to form. I'd go to the doctor.

P.S. I doubt your reproductive system is going to be damaged unless you lay the heavy boxes on your lap for hours or days. Of course, that would most likely cause serious internal problems.
