I have had cramping and pain in my uterus for the past few days, I'm not due to have my period for two weeks.

I just wondered what this could be. It's rather annoying and quite painful. I've had cramping but usually it's just sharp pain in one or two spots. Also there's this sort of like this tickling feeling (like when your foot falls asleep) that I can feel on one side when I lay down, almost like I've strained something. I've also had increased vaginal discharge.

I'm very uncomfortable and this has been going on for a week now. I wondered if anyone had any idea what maybe causing this pain or if it was serious enough to constitute a trip to the doctor.

I have had unprotected sex recently but I don't think I can get pregnant because we've had unprotected sex for the past two years and never had a pregnancy but I'm not on birth control. My last period (two weeks ago) was just two days off schedule and extremely painful and heavy.

I have a lot of issues when it come to my reproductive health, I guess. I wondered if any one had ideas what might be up. Thanks for the advice.

see your GP is the most obvious answer.
It is pointless speculating. It is highly probable that you have an infection hence the discharge and cramping pains.
Your GP will examine you and although many find this embarrassing it is essential to diagnose your problem. It is unlikely to be cancer. More likely to be an infection, strain or possibly cysts or Endrometriosis.
DO NOT delay. see your GP tomorrow.

You could be ovulating. Or you could have had a small cyst on your ovary rupture.

it could be happening for a variety of reasons. ovarian cysts, pregnancy, cancer, infection, std's. yes it is worth a trip to the doctor!!! or you could just be ovulating

you could just be ovulating that sometimes can be painful.

but i wouldn't rule out the possibility of pregnancy tho. it can happen after the first time of sex. take a pregnancy test and go and see your doctor.

good luck

i would suggest to see a doctor...asap. your unprotected sex may not have gotten you pregnant but it may have given you an STD or something extreme to cause you such pain...

so see a doctor before its too late
