Anyone any answers for the following ? How does this disease effect a person daily living? & phyical being?

Also, what are the long term effects wil renal failure have on a persons physically & psychosocially with and without treatment??

the disease is renal (kidney) failure

Without treatment, renal failure runs a downhill course. However, with treatment, the condition can be ameliorated to a certain extent and for a certain period. Yes, this condition causes serious psychosocial and physical effects.

However, the best thing of modern medicine is that a cure/remedy is at hand by way of renal transplant, where healthy kidneys from a donor can be exchanged with those that have stopped functioning, thus providing long term succor.

what disease?

This requires a lengthy answer. I'd be happy to handle this if you will e-mail me at nurselmh@sbcglobal.net. I will e-mail you back with a file attached, once I've created it, listing everything you want to know in detail. Remind me of your question so I don't omit anything. And specify if you mean acute or chronic.
