Searching for patient advocacy sites for renal dialysis, can you help me please?

We have no non profit renal dialysis centers in my area. I am looking for patient advocacy groups that may be able to assist with patient care related issues.

where are you located? contact your social worker they will have the information for you if not check it out on the net THE NATIONAL KIDNEY FOUNDATION they can give you answers
