Does any one have renal failure and have dialysis ? how do you cope? |
my husband has been dialysis since july and its very hard for him he is so tired all the time I worked in dialysis for several years. Plus, my boyfriend's mother and sister were on dialysis for years. What you are describing is very common, unfortunately. Just make certain he is watching his liquids because the more fluid that has to be pulled off the harder on his system and the more tired he will be. I assume his hemoglobin and hematocrit are being closely monitored. Eat right. Plenty of rest. It is so difficult, I know. Is he on a transplant list? Good luck to you. He may have anaemia, make sure he gets a full blood count done at the clinic. |
