cant find this any were in my textbook

A patient on renal dialysis has a low red blood count What hormone, secreted by the kidney, can be assumed to be deficient?

erythropoietin.it is secreted by kidneys due to low level of oxygen...it increases the rate of production of red blood cells..

RBC production is stimulated by hypoxia with the hormone erythropoietin secreted by the kidneys.
