Chronic renal disease- Grade II?


if somebody has serum creatinine of 9.5 and ultrasound scan revealing chronic renal disease Grade II, how is the prognosis, is it treatable with non- dialysis (only medication) or only transplantation / dialysis can treat the patient. what are the chances of survival.How much time a person can survive with Grade II chronic renal disease
