Renal failure: urea 139, cretanin 7.1, potassium 5.1?

Dialysis is being done twice a week. Please advise diet.

with renal failure you need special consideration on diet.
I donot know your BMI. diabetes and hypertension association?
In general I would advise you
take boiled vegetables mainly, one egg white only daily, otherwise no animal proteins. small amount may be taken from beans and peas.
absolutly no meats, beef, pork or poultry and fish.
small amount of skimmed milk. and water of course.
cereals can be taken on average amount.
malt is good for you in drinks and as breakfast as wel.
fats may be taken from vegetable oils only, no animal source.
best of luck .Get wel soon.

Your creatinine clearance is actually low, which could be from dialysis. Your postassium is a little high which could be from ESRD. I'm not sure about the urea, what is your BUN? or your serum BUN, Creatinine ratio?
What type of renal failure is it? Chronic or acute?
