Can I call it NES(Normal eye syndrome)?

I'm an ophthalmologist,I had seen a few cases of visual acuity 20\20 OU,I made routine autorefraction for them and i found myopia 2-4 in all cases,i made cycloplegic refraction for all of them and I found the same refractive error.Any one have comment or scientific explanation for this?

All cases are young.
