My Mom has RSD and she ate chinese food and got very sick on 2 diff occasions! Does anyone know if you are supposed to eat an ingredient called MSG when you have RSD. I read what you should and shouldn't eat when you have RSD a long time ago. Now I can't find it! No link between RSD and problems with MSG that I know of (I've had RSD for 7 years), but sounds like she should get herself checked out & avoid MSG-containing foods in the meantime.
