Looking for tips on speeding up recovery after rectal surgery.....? |
I have been diagnosed with a rare but serious disease called "Rectal Ulcer Syndrome". After several failed medications, including steroid treatments, my doctors have decided on surgery. They will be removing the ulcer through the rectum as well as removing hemmorhoids that have resulted from my affliction. I have been informed a minimal three day/night hospital stay is required, as well as 4-6 weeks of bed-rest for me to heal. Any advice on speeding up my recovery would be greatly appreciated. I have never had any major surgeries before and am not sure quite what to expect. good sanitaion and antioxidant vitamines AS A E C ALSO BIFLAVONOIDS this mixture really speeds up healing and also vitamin B1 B6 B12 |
