Anyone here ever had/has or know anyone that has/had HEMOROIDE?

i got it recently n i'm super scared.. i'm 17!! i went to the doctor yesterday n he said i have hemorioide! at first i was really panicked and confused but he said it happens to a lot of people, young and old.. then he perscribied me 2 medications: 1. An ointment(Nitroglycerin 0.2%) 2. rectal Antibiotic..well.. the color has been bright red(NOT DARK, i think if it's dark it's more serious right?)and i also had and still have pain in my lower abdomon, shortness of breathing, diziness and headaches(i told him all that but all he said was that i have hemoroide!)so im using the things he perscribied.. but i'm scared if i dont get better and i've read that if it doesn't heal it can lead to death/cancer/disease! i'm really worried and i dont know if i will get better..i'm starting excerice, eat healthy, eat lots of fibre and water too! i just hate feeling like i'm sick and worrying that i might die or soemething. Are there any people here that have/had hemoroide? msg if u want or write here

who knew these things can happen... :( a lot of times in the past i've had problems with my digestive system but I got better and forgot that anytime something can happen so I have to be careful. I'm overweight. I just never thought things like this can happen...

Hon, you need to calm down. Hemorrhoids are an every day occurrence for millions of people. Just because you have one, doesn't mean you are going to get cancer or die from it. The stress you are putting on yourself is what is causing all of your other symptoms. Stop worrying about it and you will be fine!! People live with hemorrhoids every day of their lives, both internal and external ones and they are fine.l Maybe a little pain now and then, but they live happy, healthy lives in spite of the fact that they have enlarged blood vessels around their rectum. That is what a hemorrhoid is....an enlarged blood vessel.

So, please calm down, don't worry and continue to eat and drink healthy. Your hemorrhoid will eventually go away and probably cause you no problems. Your doctor is taking very good care of you from what you have written. Good luck hon.~

You are welcome. Remember to eat LOTS of fiber and drink lots of water. It will help a lot!! Report It

Life is just a pain in the azz and all you can do is deal with it and buy some serious stocks in the preparation H category.
