When someone had rectal cancer surgery and after several days again - because colon and rectum has?

disconnected - with how many yeras the life of this individual become shorter

When i say : after several days again - that means - again surgery - everithing happenned in a hospital

Sounds like the anastomosis (join of the colon and rectum after the cancerous part was taken out) failed. The extra surgery would not significantly affect life expectancy unless the patient was frail before the first surgery (a weak patient has greater risks from anaesthetic, shock, infection etc).

Good luck to the patient with cancer treatments

not many as long as you take care of your body and you can also get a colostomy bag and still live a long full life =good luck

There is no way that a Yahoo Answers reader could give you an accurate guess or even a clue based on the available data. Either way it sounds like a real pain in the butt.

That person will quickly die unless this is surgically reattached! Or a colostomy bag is installed! Get off the computer and go to the hospital!
