Will colon cancer or rectal cancer cause your legs to hurt all the way to your calves? I have stage IV colon cancer and I have not heard of this symptom as a result of the cancer. I have had my legs hurt after my chemo treatments though. My husband has rectal cancer. He started having pain on the left side of his pubic area and down his leg.We have found out now the cancer has returned after 2 years and metastasis to the bones in his pelvis area.
