Is it possible to get hernia after rectal cancer surgery? |
because my dad just had his rectal cancer surgery and it seems that he now has hernia. But the doctor said that we have to wait. But what I want to know is is it possible after surgery to have hernia in the lower abdomen where his pelvis is? A hernia can emerge any time, is fairly common, does not need to have anything to do with the preceding operation. |
